  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • The paved driveway includes both upper and lower parking, providing access to all levels of the home.
  • The garage on the lower level is not available to guests.

  • The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and basic dishes, silverware, and appliances including a refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, stove, oven, toaster, and dishwasher.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board with iron.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Climate control (heating/cooling) is available.
  • A hot tub and pool table are available.
  • Outdoor spaces include a balcony and patio.
  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one or two nights.
